Brookhouse Farm, Mottram St. Andrew


Brookhouse Farm, an 18th-century farmhouse in Mottram St Andrew, is said to be haunted by the spirit of a former resident known locally as Mr Bowler. Around 1989, Anna Rains awoke to see a ruddy-faced man in a hat sitting at the edge of her bed before he slowly faded from view.
