In 1971, two young brothers in a house on Philip Avenue reportedly experienced a chilling visitation from their deceased grandparents. Six-year-old Trevor awoke terrified, while four-year-old Graham claimed to see his recently deceased grandmother at the foot of his bed, accompanied by both grandparents’ spirits. The room was said to turn unnaturally cold.
