The Miners’ Arms, Eyam

Built in the early 1600s, the Miners’ Arms in Eyam has long been called the village’s most haunted building. Guests have heard footsteps, seen doors move, and even awoken to find antique medical tools appearing and vanishing overnight. The ghost of a murdered landlady, dressed in a bonnet and cape, is said to wander the inn, seemingly bewildered by later renovations.
